PRESS RELEASE | Blackhawk Aerospace Welcomes Maria Willis as Capture Manager

HUNTSVILLE, AL –May 5^th, 2021– Blackhawk Aerospace is pleased to announce that Maria Willis has joined the Blackhawk Aerospace Solutions Team in Alabama in the position of Capture Manager.

Maria’s role within Blackhawk is to support the government and military division. Her duties will be to perform corporate business development by reviewing potential projects, evaluating competitors, assess win probabilities, build relationships with customers and vendors, set schedules for program bid process, and develop proposal strategies. Working with the VP of Business Development, Maria will be responsible for developing and executing capture strategies for assigned opportunities to secure contracts.

Maria has eight years of experience working as a Program Manager of Equipment and Information Technology at Contractor Service & Fabrication, Inc. Within this role, Maria gained knowledge in contract management and negotiation for the purpose of developing and maintaining cost efficient programs within organizations.
